In addition to the press, there were dozens of chefs in attendance. Folks like Cleetus Friedman from City Provisions, Helen Cameron from Uncommon Ground, bakers from Bleeding Heart Bakery, Hannah’s Bretzel and more.
Guaranteed Green is a great program for restaurants and diners. The co-op already has about 25 restaurants committed to going through the difficult accreditation process; we hope to have more signing up soon.
